Hello, I’m Charlotte.
I arrange race weekends for people who want the whole experience — and want it looked after by one person they trust.
I have spent many years in Formula One travel and hospitality — on the ground at race weekends around the world, making sure guests had exactly what they needed, often before they knew they needed it.
Along the way I helped build and run ExclusiveGP — one of the key UK race-travel houses — and learned what separates a good weekend from an extraordinary one: the right seat at the right moment, a driver waiting before you land, a table held when plans change, and someone who answers the phone.
People tell me they remember my smile. I hope they also remember that nothing was ever forgotten. I am a details person at heart — I keep careful notes on every guest’s preferences, so each season starts where the last one left off.
As VIP Sales Director at Amber Lounge — the after-dark hospitality experience of the race weekend in Monaco, Singapore and Abu Dhabi — I arrange race weekends for a small number of guests each season, so every weekend gets my full attention, working with partners I know and trust.

ExclusiveGP helped shape modern UK race-weekend travel before its sale into the QuintEvents family; Grand Prix Events sat in that same premium hospitality chapter. At F1 Experiences I led Elite Supercar Tours. I still work closely with Renisetté (co-founded by my husband, Joe Sapak) on programmes that need after-dark and VIP expertise, and I now lead VIP sales at Amber Lounge. Renisetté notes on its own site that it still works closely with me and with Amber Lounge, bringing in after-party and VIP expertise when a programme calls for it. Partners
