Good questions, answered.
A few things guests often ask before we first speak. If yours is not here, simply ask.
Who is the advisory for?
Private guests, families and small groups who want a race weekend looked after by one person — often high-net-worth travellers who value discretion and their time. I take on a small number of guests each season so every weekend has my full attention.
How is a private weekend scoped?
It starts with a conversation: which race, who is travelling, how you like to watch, where you like to stay and what would make it memorable. I then send a considered proposal with options rather than a brochure, and refine it with you until it feels right.
What is included — and what is not?
I look after the planning and every booking we agree: hospitality, stays, transfers, travel coordination, dinners, after-dark plans and the little touches, all set out in one itinerary, with me a message away throughout the weekend. Nothing is added without your approval — every element is itemised in your proposal. Personal spending, travel insurance and visas remain your own.
How is it priced?
There are no off-the-shelf packages. Each weekend is quoted individually once we have spoken, so you see exactly what you are paying for before anything is confirmed.
What is the difference between daytime trackside and Amber Lounge?
Trackside hospitality — terraces, suites and yachts — is for watching the race by day. Amber Lounge is the after-dark side of the weekend: it opens once the circuit falls quiet, at around 10.30pm. Many of my guests hold both, and I can arrange each.
How early should I book?
As early as you can. Monaco, Singapore and Abu Dhabi are the most sought-after weekends of the season, and the best rooms, terraces and tables are often held many months ahead. Even a loose idea is a good place to start — I can hold options while you decide.
How do you handle discretion?
Your plans, guests and preferences stay private. I share only what a partner needs to look after you, and I never use guest names, photographs or details without permission.
What should I wear to Amber Lounge?
Smart elegant, strictly enforced. Gentlemen: collared shirts, tailored trousers and dress shoes. Ladies: cocktail or evening wear. No sportswear, trainers, shorts or casual denim. Guests must be 18 or over with valid photo ID.
Can you help me host clients or a team?
Yes. For Amber Lounge I can arrange branded tables, private areas and corporate packages, payable by invoice and bank transfer — see entertaining clients on race week. If you are hosting a group across the whole weekend, a private consultation is the best place to start.
Which races do you cover?
Monaco, Silverstone, Singapore and Abu Dhabi are favourites, with the wider season on request. See race weekends.
How do I get in touch?
Use the private consultation form, or message me on WhatsApp. For Amber Lounge bookings, email Charlotte@amber-lounge.com. I reply personally, usually within one working day.
Are you affiliated with Formula One?
I am VIP Sales Director at Amber Lounge, and through that role I arrange race weekends for a small number of guests. Neither this site nor Amber Lounge is affiliated with Formula One or any team.
Ask me anything.
A short, unhurried conversation is often the quickest way to an answer.
